How your information is used

This information is used only to provide the app’s core features, including:

• tracking balances and payoff progress
• showing payment history and upcoming dues
• sending reminders and notifications you choose to enable
• exporting your records when you request an export
• protecting access to the app through optional security settings

Where data is stored

Sol stores all your data locally on your device. Sol does not connect to the internet to send, sync, or back up your data to any external servers. Sol does not require account registration to use the app.

Data sharing

Sol does not sell your personal information. Sol does not share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Permissions

Sol may request certain device permissions only for app functionality:

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS to send payment and reminder notifications
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED to restore reminders after a device restart
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM to deliver reminder alerts at the exact time you set

These permissions are used only to support reminder and scheduling features inside the app.

Exported data

If you choose to export your data, the export file is created only when you request it and is saved to a location you choose. You are responsible for how exported files are stored, transferred, or shared after export.

Security

Sol includes reasonable measures to help protect your information on-device. Optional security features such as app lock are provided to help prevent unauthorized local access. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Sol is not intended for children under 13, and the app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
